HeerWay is a retail business based in Delhi, India, selling handcrafted jewellery and ethnic clothing. Our primary ordering channel is WhatsApp. Contact: contact@heerway.com

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your WhatsApp order confirmation is the binding price.
• Product images are representative. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration and the handcrafted nature of products.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp by tapping the "Order on WhatsApp" button on any product page.
• An order is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation on WhatsApp with the final price, delivery timeline, and payment details.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error is identified.

• We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (select pincodes).
• Full payment or advance (as agreed via WhatsApp) must be received before dispatch.
• We do not store any payment card or UPI credentials on our servers.

• We ship pan-India via reputed courier partners with tracking.
• Estimated delivery: Delhi NCR 1–2 days, major cities 3–5 days, rest of India 5–7 days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
• HeerWay is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HeerWay or licensed to us.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
• Product images may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

When interacting with us via WhatsApp, our website, or any other channel, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in orders.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards our staff.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures on our website.
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HeerWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
